Description
Telefilm Canada is soliciting proposals for the design, construction, delivery, installation, dismantling, on-site coordination, logistical oversight, and storage of modular Canadian Pavilion exhibition booths for the Marche du Film in Cannes, MIFA in Annecy, and MIPCOM in Cannes, France, from 2027 through 2029. The supplier must provide new concepts for each event, including research, 3D visualizations, layout diagrams, graphic design, 2D and 3D plans, production, furniture rental, technical maintenance, and related specifications. The pavilions must be adaptable and modular, support flexible business-meeting and networking configurations, and incorporate sustainability and low-waste practices. Clarifications specify approximate capacities and operational requirements, including 80 total seats for Cannes, 60–75 simultaneous attendees for MIFA, flexible networking capacities of approximately 70 for Cannes, 20–25 for MIFA, and 30–50 for MIPCOM, plus event-specific locker and reception-desk quantities. MIPCOM may require screens ranging from 43 to 60 inches and audiovisual costs of approximately €25,000–€30,000 annually, excluded from the €300,000 annual budget for the three events. Bidders must demonstrate more than 10 years of relevant large-scale exhibition-booth experience, provide three recent relevant references, and serve as the sole designated provider except for supervised installation or dismantling assistance.
