Description
Washington Headquarters Services, on behalf of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price commercial-services contract for 85 square meters of exhibit space and a turnkey custom exhibition booth. The scope includes booth design, initial and final three-dimensional renderings, custom fabrication using non-modular materials, logistics, international freight and customs coordination, electrical and audiovisual coordination, on-site assembly, and required credentials and permits. The contractor must provide continuous on-site project management, cleaning, trash removal, beverages, snacks, hospitality support, post-show dismantling, space clearance, and 300 custom DSCA-logo metal lapel pins. The proposal must include technical capability and past-performance information, initial renders and space layout, a bill of materials, resumes for the exhibit designer and project manager, a completed CLIN schedule, and required offeror representations and certifications. The opportunity is a total small-business set-aside and requires performance at an international defense exhibition in Abu Dhabi, including construction, event support, and teardown activities.
