Description
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services is conducting a Request for Information to identify products, tools, training, services, and innovative methodologies that could reduce errors in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. Areas of interest include staff training and decision support, quality-control case analysis, predictive analytics, error-trend visualization, eligibility-policy interpretation or automation, case-review and workflow tools, client communication tools, and solutions that identify or prevent payment and eligibility errors. Respondents may address some or all of nine questions covering solution capabilities, implementation timelines, return on investment, deployment and integration requirements, scalability, data security and regulatory compliance, workflow improvements, experience with state or federal programs, and general pricing or licensing models. Responses are informational only and will not result in a contract or vendor agreement; the State may use the information to inform a future competitive solicitation.
