Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is seeking proposals for the design and fabrication of an approximately 866-square-metre Canada Pavilion for GULFOOD 2027 in Dubai. The pavilion will span four halls across the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exposition Center at Expo City Dubai, accommodate Canadian agri-food companies, associations, and government departments, and include a combination of open and enclosed booth layouts. The contractor must develop Canada Brand-based design concepts using specified colours, logos, and taglines; provide sustainable, reusable materials; and deliver detailed layouts, floor plans, tender drawings, and 3D renderings. The scope also includes project management, human resources, coordination with show authorities, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and exhibitors, fabrication and delivery scheduling, and a contingency plan addressing operational challenges and staffing issues. Amendment 2 states that expenditures for each of the GULFOOD 2028 and 2029 option periods must not exceed CAD 541,250, inclusive of deliverables, customs duties, applicable taxes, travel, and other associated expenses.
