Description
The U.S. Embassy in Bishkek seeks a contractor to plan, organize, coordinate, promote, and provide logistical support for a two-day regional alumni summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The contractor must support approximately 100 attendees, including 70 U.S. Government alumni from five Central Asian countries, with travel arrangements, visa support, airport and local transportation, hotel accommodations, conference venue and technical equipment, meals, coffee breaks, and a networking gala dinner. The scope also includes engaging experts, a master of ceremonies and assistant, a trainer, a monitoring and evaluation specialist, and support personnel; developing and coordinating the event program; producing monitoring and evaluation materials and reports; providing professional photography, videography, and three social-media reels; supplying stationery; and designing and printing promotional items, name tags, certificates, and related materials. The contractor must submit pricing and technical volumes, a detailed service and expenditure breakdown, proof of SAM registration including the UEI, relevant experience and client references from the past two years, and résumés for proposed personnel. The contract period is 12 months from issuance and includes pre-summit, summit, and post-summit activities.
