Description
The Vermont Department for Children and Families, through its Family Services Division, is seeking a grantee to implement the Washington State Kinship Navigation Model throughout Vermont. The selected organization may provide services directly or through subgranting relationships and must designate a Program Manager responsible for statewide implementation, coordination, oversight, and reporting. The program will support formal and informal kinship caregivers, prospective caregivers, and children and youth in kinship-care arrangements. Required activities include intake and needs assessments, warm-line and referral services, public-benefit assistance, case coordination across child welfare, education, health, housing, and community systems, caregiver coaching, peer support, outreach, data collection, performance reporting, and continuous quality improvement. Responses must include a cover letter, technical response, price schedule, signed Certificate of Compliance, and applicable reporting documentation; the price schedule includes cost summary, expense detail, indirect-cost allocation, and fiscal-management experience narratives.
