Description
Holbrook Unified School District #3 is soliciting sealed bids from qualified professional photography vendors to provide comprehensive event and student photography services for the upcoming school year. The scope includes individual student and staff photographs for the annual high school yearbook, custom 17-by-30-inch vinyl graduation banners, and digital photography coverage of graduation and promotion ceremonies with high-resolution downloadable galleries for families. Bidders must submit itemized pricing for each project and, at submission, maintain comprehensive general/vendor liability insurance and a valid Arizona Level 1 Identity Verified Print (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card. The selected vendor will operate as an independent contractor responsible for its own equipment, supplies, personnel, taxes, insurance, and business operations.
