Description
ESC Region 19 is soliciting vendors for Starlight Event Center products and services, including floral items, event lighting, event props, DJ services, audio equipment, rental equipment, pastry food items, food catering, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, linens, and smallware. Vendors must provide detailed pricing, including item and service fees, equipment, delivery schedules and options, and other relevant purchase information, based on a standard price list and proposed percentage discount. Vendors are responsible for delivery unless otherwise approved and may not deliver without a purchase order or signed agreement from authorized ESC Region 19 personnel. Alcohol vendors must be authorized to distribute products for resale under Texas requirements. Food vendors must provide applicable food-service permits, and employees preparing or serving food must hold a qualifying food-handler card. Vendors must maintain fixed percentage discounts during the contract term unless otherwise agreed. Multiple vendors may be awarded periodically through August 31, 2036, and the solicitation replaces solicitation #22-7433.
