Description
The City of Coconut Creek is soliciting proposals for a qualified race timing system provider to support its annual 5K Butterfly Run. The scope includes disposable participant timing tags; start- and finish-line timing mats, clocks, flags, banners, fencing, truss systems, portable public-address equipment, cones, directional signage, water stations, course management, staffing, and a 5KW generator. The contractor must support registration and race-day packet pickup, assign race numbers, provide at least three email blasts, publish race information and the course map online, print and upload results during the event, and provide photography at no cost to the City. Photos must be posted online after the event, with the City receiving access for promotional purposes. Proposals must include qualifications and experience, an operational plan, resources and availability, references, pricing, and the required forms, certifications, licenses, insurance documentation, and affidavits. The initial contract term is three years, with two additional one-year renewal options.
