Plainfield Community Consolidated School District No 202 is soliciting bids for the production of middle school and high school yearbooks for the 2023-2024 through 2027-2028 school years. The contract will cover a five-year period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2028. The district is considering two award structures: a dual level award (Exhibit B) where separate vendors may be selected for middle school and high school yearbooks, or a single vendor award (Exhibit C) covering both levels.
