Description
Oregon Health & Science University is issuing a Request for Proposal to establish a diverse pool of qualified individuals and small creative agencies to support the institution’s brand. Requested capabilities include graphic design, illustration, digital, visual, and user-interface design, motion graphics and animation, video editing, and brand strategy. Selected vendors will perform projects assigned by Brand Strategy or other university units and may collaborate with internal creative staff, content strategists, user-experience teams, developers, third-party vendors, and other project partners. The solicitation identifies no pre-proposal conference and states a deadline for intent to bid of September 7, 2026, with proposals due September 18, 2026.
