Description
The University of Missouri System is seeking a qualified professional photography firm to provide exclusive commencement photography services at its Columbia, Kansas City, Rolla, and St. Louis campuses. The contractor will photograph graduates—typically with portrait/head-shot, diploma or chancellor, and flag-background images—while coordinating with individual colleges and campus events representatives. The scope may also include special guest photographs, audio recording of graduates' names as they are read, and provision of reader cards. Photographs must not disrupt the dignity or schedule of ceremonies, and special guest photographs must be provided within two weeks. The contractor will furnish all labor and materials, provide packages at varying prices and individual photographs, and manage ordering, delivery, refunds, and customer service without University involvement in ordering. The response must address FERPA compliance, provide a description of photography capabilities and similar operations, submit specified samples of prior graduate photography in 5-by-7-inch and 8-by-10-inch titled prints, describe proposed equipment and employee programs, and provide pricing based on a flat fee per graduate and a percentage of gross sales. The contract is for three years from award, with three additional one-year renewal options. A possible additional White Coat Ceremony location in Springfield, Missouri, may be added in May 2027.
