Description
McKinley County intends to award Get ResQ911 a sole-source contract for six months of trained, certified, and experienced temporary telecommunicator services. Personnel will support the McKinley County Metro Dispatch Authority’s 24-hour emergency communications center, including 12-hour shifts and continuous 24/7 operations serving law enforcement, fire, emergency medical services, and other public safety agencies. The proposed contract is intended to address an urgent staffing shortage while the County recruits, hires, and trains full-time telecommunicators. The contract amount will not exceed $300,000.
