Description
The Indian Health Service is procuring 15 new, unused 12-lead electrocardiogram machines for inpatient and outpatient clinical services. Each machine must be FDA-approved for clinical use, include a digital display and print or electronic output, be compatible with hospital power standards, and include leads, cables, a stand, required accessories, manufacturer warranty, user manuals, and warranty documentation. The contractor must deliver the equipment, provide equipment training, conduct operational testing, and provide confirmation of successful training and testing. Delivery and training must be completed within 30 calendar days after contract award. Quotations must include the manufacturer, model number, product literature or other supporting compliance documentation, a capability statement, anticipated lead time and delivery schedule, and the completed Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form.
