ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE TO BIDDERS Public notice is hereby given that the Gallup-McKinley County Schools, Gallup New Mexico, desires to purchase the following: ITB-2027-04RB ON-CALL TREE TRIMMING, PRUNING, and REMOVAL SERVICES and WEED/VEGETATION CONTROL SERVICES DISTRICT-WIDE Price Agreement Commodity Code(s): 98888, 98889 As more particularly set out in the bid documents, copies of which may be obtained by downloading from the Gallup-McKinley County Schools eBidding platform website https://gmcs.bonfirehub.com/portal Sealed bids for such will be received until 2:00 PM (LOCAL TIME) on October 1, 2026. FAX and HARDCOPY PROPOSALS will NOT be accepted. Offerors will not be able to upload proposals or documents after the specified CLOSING date and time. Description
Gallup-McKinley County Schools is soliciting bids for on-call tree trimming, pruning, and removal services, along with weed and vegetation control services. Work will be performed on an as-needed, district-wide basis at District-owned or District-controlled properties in McKinley County, New Mexico. The procurement includes required Acceptance and Disclosures, Exceptions, and Transmittal forms, a Contractor's Note-Bid document, and an online Price Schedule. Optional New Mexico resident business/contractor information and New Mexico resident veteran's preference forms may be submitted when applicable. The contract is an indefinite-quantity arrangement governed by the stated general conditions.
