Description
The U.S. Embassy Rabat seeks a Morocco-established contractor to organize and support a seven-day, multi-city Sports Envoy soccer program. Required services include venue procurement and management, event setup and breakdown, participant registration and coordination, transportation, on-site staffing, interpretation, refreshments, sports equipment, referees and facilitators, audiovisual systems and technicians, seating, tents, signage, awards, a mini-tailgate activation, and basic graphic design and production of branded materials subject to Mission approval. The program includes a train-the-trainer workshop, a World Cup-themed youth soccer festival, institutional engagements, regional youth clinics in Chefchaouen and Tangier, and a public talk. The contractor must manage parental consent, participation waivers, safeguarding documentation, and photo/video releases for minors; provide professional photography and videography for all major activities; deliver edited short-form videos and raw footage; and support media logistics without independently developing a media strategy or campaign. The contractor must also provide transportation for the Sports Envoys and Mission staff, including local transfers and airport transfers, and appropriate first-aid or medical support for the youth sporting event. The amendment extends the proposal deadline to September 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM Morocco local time. The offeror must have an established business presence in Morocco and perform the full scope directly; subcontracting, joint ventures, consortiums, and package-level partnerships are not permitted.
