Description
MMAGIC, a multi-agency geospatial consortium associated with Monongalia County, is requesting proposals from qualified firms for spring 2027 leaf-off aerial photography and natural-color digital orthophotography covering approximately 366 square miles, including adjacent areas needed for feature coverage. The imagery must provide 4-inch ground sample distance, three-band RGB color, ASPRS Class 2 accuracy at 1:1,200 scale, and georeferencing to the NAD 1983 West Virginia North State Plane Coordinate System in U.S. Survey Feet. The scope includes aerial acquisition and flight planning; survey control and airborne GPS; aerial triangulation; DTM/DEM development; orthorectification, mosaicking, radiometric correction, and quality control; and delivery of GeoTIFF and MrSID imagery, updated terrain data, FGDC-compliant XML metadata, survey and triangulation reports, accuracy statements, and related project documentation. Proposals must address company experience, lead personnel, comparable projects, at least three client references, resources, project management, quality control, schedule, deliverables, and itemized pricing. A performance bond equal to 100% of the total annual payment and general aggregate insurance of at least $1,000,000 per accident are required.
