Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price construction contract for renovation of Building 320 at the Gamerco facility. Work includes repairing and reinforcing interior and exterior CMU walls, repairing concrete steps and handrails, repairing a steel door frame, installing code-entry doorknobs at Buildings 320, 322, and 323, demolishing existing stair structures, and providing and installing two approximately 8-by-8-foot aluminum or steel ramp and stair systems with handrails and adjustable legs. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, utilities as needed, debris disposal, and incidentals. The project is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside under the Buy Indian Act. The contractor must provide an itemized cost breakdown with its quote, comply with applicable Davis-Bacon wage requirements, submit a safety plan before work begins, and provide a minimum one-year workmanship warranty.
