Description
Humble Independent School District is accepting proposals for photography and videography services under RFP 2025-107G. This is a recurring, rolling solicitation under which vendors may submit responses for consideration for an approved vendor list through March 31, 2027. The contract is effective from the award date through June 30, 2027, and the district may award to one or multiple vendors. The scope includes senior portraits, individual student pictures, group and class photographs, special-event still photography and videography, athletic individual and team photographs, panoramic photography, photo booths, and 360 videography. Vendors must provide pricing for the services they offer, including applicable campus commissions and a district discount. The solicitation requests a catalog or brochure and three to five customer references; an addendum clarifies that comparable commercial, nonprofit, healthcare, or event-production references may be used when education-sector references are unavailable. Responses must also address the district's required certifications, legal acknowledgments, and applicable student-contact, background-check, insurance, and fingerprinting requirements.
