Description
The Bureau of Indian Education seeks a contractor under a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside to furnish and install chain-link security fencing at Lake Valley Navajo School. The revised scope includes approximately 260 linear feet of 4-foot-high, 9-gauge, 2-inch-mesh, hot-dip galvanized chain-link fencing with three 3-foot walk-in gates around a playground, and approximately 350 linear feet of fencing around a basketball court with four 3-foot walk-in gates. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, incidental services, site protection, coordination with school operations, and cleanup. The solicitation is firm-fixed-price, with an estimated project magnitude of $25,000 to $100,000. Quotes are evaluated on lowest price from a responsible and responsive firm. Bonding applies to quotes exceeding $35,000: a 20% bid bond and 100% performance and payment bonds. The quote must include company information, UEI, mailing address, contact information, RFQ and quote numbers, quote date, and firm-fixed pricing addressing all SOW elements. The submission must also include the Indian Economic Enterprise representation, acknowledgment of Amendment P00001, and required written assurance regarding subcontracting limitations and key personnel, as applicable.
