Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service intends to restrict competition and negotiate a firm-fixed-price sole-source award with PDQ.COM Corp. for PDQ Inventory software licenses supporting inventory management at Navajo Area Indian Health Service facilities. PDQ.COM Corp. is identified as the exclusive provider and only capable vendor for the required license inventory software. The period of performance is 12 months from the date of award. This is a special notice and not a solicitation or request for offers; vendors may submit a written capability statement for the Government's consideration in deciding whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Verbal responses will not be considered, and no solicitation will be issued.
