Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting quotes for miscellaneous Hewlett-Packard brand-name-or-equal toner cartridges on an as-needed basis for administrative supplies at the Gallup Indian Medical Center. The specified cartridges include black, cyan, yellow, and magenta toner for multiple HP printer and multifunction-device models; refurbished items are discouraged. Delivery is FOB destination, and the Government is not obligated to purchase a specific quantity. This is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside for a blanket purchase agreement consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical capability. The submission must include a signed and dated SF-1449, applicable representations and certifications, and the completed Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form.
