Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking consultant(s) to provide on-call professional and technical services for aerial mapping, topographic surveying and mapping, boundary surveying and mapping, 3D surveying and modeling, and other miscellaneous land-surveying tasks. Services will support planning studies, master plans, alignment studies, preliminary and final design, right-of-way engineering, and property acquisition work. Required qualifications include a California-licensed photogrammetrist and a California-licensed land surveyor or pre-1982 registered civil engineer assigned directly to the project. Deliverables may include photo index maps, digital terrain models, topographic design files, aerial ortho-mosaics, aerotriangulation reports, field notes, calculations, and related digital files using Bentley MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads, Adobe Acrobat, ArcGIS-compatible formats, and Bentley ProjectWise. The resulting agreement is an on-call arrangement with task orders and a stated three-year project duration; the solicitation does not guarantee that services will be required for the entire agreement duration.
