Description
The Utah Department of Transportation seeks a single contractor to provide public relations, outreach, information management, creative production, paid media placement, social media production and coordination, media relations, press events, press kits, graphics, talking points, and communications strategy for the Zero Fatalities program. The work is intended to influence safer driving behavior and support UDOT, the Zero Fatalities program team, the Behavioral Safety Program, and partner agencies. The contractor must develop an annual Strategic Communications Plan, create and annually update a Content Review Plan, execute media and paid-media strategies, coordinate media and community events, provide ongoing on-call support, maintain shared project materials, and submit monthly and annual media reports. Proposals must include local personnel documentation, public-relations experience, a business license, a technical proposal, portfolio examples, and a separate cost proposal using the provided form. The contract has a not-to-exceed limit of $1,500,000 and an initial term through June 30, 2027, with three one-year renewal options.
