Description
Salt Lake County, through its Salt Lake County Health Department, is issuing a Request for Information to identify hotels and other lodging providers capable of supplying temporary accommodations for individuals ordered to quarantine or isolate because of a communicable disease. Potential lodging options include motels, hotels, human resource centers, townhomes, trailers, and apartment buildings. The County may require accommodations for up to five households at a time, with the number of occupants, duration of stay, and operational needs varying by circumstance. Providers should describe available lodging options, capabilities, pricing, operational requirements, and their ability to support short-term or as-needed lodging, including emergency and public health responses. This is an information-gathering request; a formal solicitation may be issued later.
