Description
Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District is seeking qualified firms to provide strategic communications, public relations, public information, stakeholder education, community outreach, and informational messaging services. The selected consultant will collaborate with the District to refine the final scope, priorities, strategies, deliverables, and timelines. The anticipated work includes communications planning and audience segmentation; website content, navigation, accessibility, user-experience, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA improvements within Drupal; social media strategy, content, graphics, videos, scheduling, monitoring, and analytics; bilingual English-Spanish public-information materials; stakeholder outreach, listening sessions, workshops, and community engagement; media relations and public-relations support; and ongoing advisory services. Potential deliverables include communications frameworks, website review reports and content improvements, monthly social media and activity reports, media materials, community engagement plans, presentation and briefing materials, and annual communications evaluations. Proposals must address qualifications, relevant public-sector experience, key personnel, approach to service delivery, references, and financial information. The anticipated performance period is two years through August 31, 2028, with a possible six-month extension.
