Canyons School District is soliciting proposals for artificial turf installation over existing playground tiles and poured-in-place surfacing at various district locations, along with turf repair and grooming services. The contract may support work on an as-needed basis and may be awarded to one or multiple suppliers. Proposers must hold an active Utah S330 Landscaping and Recreation Contractor License or B100 license, provide products meeting ASTM F1292 and F1951 verification standards, be certified installers by the turf supplier, and offer a minimum 15-year full replacement warranty for material failure. The agreement will have a one-year initial term with up to four additional one-year extensions. Proposals are limited to 15 pages, excluding the cover and back pages, and must include completed Schedules A through D; Schedule F pricing is completed in the electronic procurement system. Evaluation considers qualifications, technical approach, operations, safety, regulatory compliance, performance, references, and price.
