Salt Lake County, through its Sheriff's Office, is seeking a contractor to provide quarterly preventive maintenance, inspections, minor adjustments, and minor repairs for fitness machines and other exercise equipment. Services will be performed at the Adult Detention Center and Sheriff's Office Administration Building, generally during weekday business hours. The contract also includes as-needed repairs authorized through written purchase orders. The contractor must accommodate repair requests within five business days, provide firm cost quotes before non-routine repairs, supply new original equipment manufacturer parts, and obtain County approval before using non-OEM or used parts. Equipment replacement is excluded from the contract. Travel time and mileage are not separately reimbursable.
