Description
Clark County Parks and Nature is seeking a consultant to develop a communications strategy and public education program concerning a potential regional parks funding measure. The work includes strategic funding-measure planning, public messaging, stakeholder and community engagement, government relations, focus-group and polling research integration, strategic planning, and development of presentations, talking points, fact sheets, frequently asked questions, digital content, and related outreach materials. The consultant will work with County staff and a separately retained market research consultant. The anticipated contract value is $70,000, with a one-year-and-one-month period of performance intended to begin November 1, 2026, and end December 1, 2027, plus one optional one-year extension. Proposals must include a project team, relevant experience, project approach and understanding, schedule, references, and a lump-sum cost. The proposal may not exceed 15 pages, excluding the cover sheet, resumes, and debarment form.
