Description
Broward County is conducting a Request for Information to determine whether multiple providers, or an alternative provider, can deliver public relations support for environmental and maritime infrastructure projects. The identified work relates to the Sand Bypass Project within the County's Beach Management Program and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Port Everglades Navigation Improvements Project. The requested capabilities include public relations strategy; professionally written and designed media kits, social media campaigns, and website content; opinion articles and executive statements; environmental, infrastructure, dredging, and maritime media-list development; stakeholder and subject-matter-expert engagement; traditional and social media monitoring and analytical reporting; spokesperson media training; messaging frameworks, talking points, FAQs, proactive and reactive social media content and visuals; press conferences and public briefings; media pitching; and responses to media inquiries. Respondents must complete the RFI questionnaire and may upload supporting information through the electronic procurement system. This is a market-research RFI, not a request for pricing or a purchase commitment, and the County is considering a sole-source or sole-brand designation for Emily Lock Consulting.
