Description
Christina School District seeks one prime vendor to deliver two integrated components. Component A includes strategic communications counsel and planning, media relations, crisis and emergency communications, brand and reputation management, multilingual and community engagement, digital and social media support, internal communications, accessible website content, and monthly measurement and reporting. Optional services may include informational referendum-readiness campaigns, creative production, research, event communications, print and collateral design, paid media, and equipment access. Component B requires design and delivery of a multi-year communications and media-production career pathway for middle and high school students, including tiered curriculum, hands-on workshops, mentorships, supervised externships or job shadows, authentic project-based learning, portfolio development, an annual student showcase, and support for industry credentials. The vendor must also provide professional development for District staff, comply with student privacy, accessibility, background-check, clearance, and supervision requirements, and submit pricing for base and optional services.
