Description
Granite School District is seeking qualified, licensed, and experienced B100 general contractors for a prequalification pool supporting two future projects: an approximately 48,240-square-foot addition and approximately 29,725 square feet of renovations at Taylorsville High School, and an approximately 94,000-square-foot, two-story replacement West Kearns Elementary School. The work is expected to include demolition, site and civil work, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, technology systems, landscaping, paving, and related construction services. Respondents must submit qualifications demonstrating financial viability, relevant K-12 construction experience, assigned project managers and site superintendents, a surety statement confirming bonding capacity, a construction management approach, five similar-project references, and insurance documentation. Contractors achieving the required evaluation score will be invited to bid on one or both future projects. The solicitation requires a PDF proposal and permits electronic submission through the Utah Public Procurement Place or hard-copy submission; hard-copy proposals require one original and two identical copies.
