Description
The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba is seeking an agency of record to provide strategic communications, brand management, public relations, social media marketing, campaign planning and media buying, audience and stakeholder research, performance measurement, advertising, publications, promotional materials, educational resources, and multimedia content including video, animation, photography, and graphic design. The contractor will support the WCB, SAFE Work Manitoba, and other affiliated initiatives. The scope also includes secure external hosting, operation, maintenance, technical support, optimization, content publishing, accessibility, analytics, cybersecurity, vulnerability assessments, patch management, backup and disaster recovery, and continuous improvement of the WCB's WordPress website and internal intranet. Data must be stored, processed, and backed up exclusively within Canada, with daily backups, encryption in transit and at rest, security monitoring, and documented service levels. Services are expected to be provided primarily offsite, with remote or occasional onsite meetings. The initial term is three years, with an option for one additional period of up to two years, and work will be performed through subsequent Statements of Work.
