Description
Salt Lake County Human Resources is seeking a SaaS applicant management and tracking solution for salaried and hourly recruitment. The solution must support mobile access, resume and document uploads, electronic signatures, candidate email and text notifications, configurable workflows, requisition creation and approvals, candidate prescreening, searchable applicant data, reporting, records retention, data security, and accessibility. It must integrate with PeopleSoft and support migration of the County’s existing iCIMS applicant-tracking history. The selected contractor will provide implementation, configuration, data conversion, training, project management, customer support, security and disaster-recovery information, and ongoing maintenance. Proposals must include a four- to six-month implementation plan with a go-live date no later than October 2027, three governmental customer references, functional and technical responses, project and risk-management plans, service-level information, and pricing for implementation, training, licensing, recurring services, and recommended additional work. The agreement is expected to have a six-year term, subject to the solicitation’s stated contract provisions and renewal limitations.
