Description
The Utah Division of Purchasing intends to increase the total value of an existing sole-source contract with Oregon Health & Science University for its EASA Center for Excellence. The contract provides technical assistance to support the development and sustainability of first-episode psychosis (FEP) and clinical high-risk for psychosis (CHRP) programming for youth and young adults in Utah, including support for Local Mental Health Authorities and other contracted service providers implementing evidence-based services. The original contract total is $330,000, the current total is $480,628, and the proposed total is $541,733. The increase will add funding for the remaining years of the existing five-year contract, which runs through June 30, 2028; all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Vendors wishing to contest the proposed noncompetitive award must explain the challenge and provide documentation demonstrating that they can provide a comparable, equivalent, or better procurement item, with a transitional-cost comparison if applicable.
