Palm Beach County is seeking firm, fixed pricing for a one-time project to remove and properly dispose of existing awning fabric from two shade structures at Coconut Cove Waterpark, prepare the structures and attachment points, and procure and install replacement fabric. The work includes cleaning or preparing surfaces, replacing or adjusting attachment hardware, making minor modifications needed for proper installation and tensioning, and including all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and disposal costs. The specified material is Herculite Patio 500 awning and shade fabric in color 565 Reef Blue, or an approved equivalent. The project includes a radiused shed-style awning and an eight-section octagon awning. Installation must be completed no later than March 1, 2027, after receipt of the purchase order. The solicitation is awarded on an all-or-none basis, and quoters offering an equivalent product must provide matching manufacturer and model information with descriptive literature.
