Description
Palm Beach County is seeking firm, fixed pricing for inspection and preventative maintenance of Duraflex diving boards, diving stands, and related accessories, along with hourly repair and replacement services. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, parts, equipment, and related services; inspections include cleaning, adjustments, lubrication, torque checks, handrail assessment, condition reports, and recommendations. Replacement parts and equipment will be invoiced at cost plus applicable freight. The contractor must be an authorized Duraflex dealer and have at least five years of experience installing Duraflex products. The resulting term contract is for 12 months, with four additional 12-month renewal options, and work will be ordered on an as-needed basis. The solicitation includes requirements for references, manufacturer authorization, applicable licenses, insurance, subcontractor participation schedules, and signed certifications and affidavits.
