Description
Palm Beach County is seeking firm, fixed pricing for aluminum sign blanks under a term contract. The solicitation includes traffic and parks/recreation sign blanks in numerous sizes, with estimated quantities listed by lot. Blanks must generally be .080-gauge 5052-H38 aluminum with a #1200 Alodine finish, degreased and deburred, with specified hole patterns and corner radii; some parks/recreation blanks require no holes. Vendors must identify the manufacturer/brand and part or model number for each quoted item and provide matching descriptive literature. The initial contract term is 12 months, with four additional 12-month renewal periods by mutual written agreement. Orders will be placed as needed, with delivery generally required within 30 calendar days after receipt of a delivery order. Pricing must include shipping and delivery, and the contract has an anticipated value of $106,000 during the initial term. Quotes are awarded lot by lot to the lowest responsive, responsible quoter, subject to applicable small-business and local-preference provisions.
