Description
Lutheran Services Florida is soliciting licensed child care centers in specified Palm Beach County ZIP codes to serve up to 26 Head Start children ages 3–5; no Early Head Start slots are currently available. The selected partner will provide safe, licensed classroom and playground space, two qualified teachers per Head Start classroom, CCFP meals and snacks, attendance and child records, family-program support, staff training participation, and compliance with Head Start requirements. The target start date is December 1, 2026, with payment based on contracted slots at a daily rate established in the contract. Applicants must submit eligibility and proposal packets containing LSF forms plus licensing, inspection, staffing, credential, background-screening, financial, facility, insurance, emergency-planning, substitute-plan, accreditation, and quality-rating materials. A required Microsoft Teams informational meeting precedes submission. Packet 1 is due October 16, 2026, and Packet 2 is due October 23, 2026; Packet 3 is required only after a Notice of Intent to Award.
