NAVFAC Southwest is conducting a Sources Sought market survey for a potential five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity job order contract for new commercial and institutional building construction, repair, and renovation at government facilities in the metropolitan San Diego area. The proposed contract would have a two-year base period and one three-year option period, with an estimated total value of $99,000,000 and anticipated task orders ranging from $2,000 to $2,000,000. Respondents must provide contractor information, business-status information, bonding capacity, capable work locations, three to five recent completed projects performed as the prime contractor, and OSHA DART and TRC rates for calendar years 2023, 2024, and 2025 to date. Each experience project must have a minimum construction cost of $100,000 and be completed within the five years preceding the response deadline. The attached contractor information form must be used for the company information and each project. This is market research only and is not a request for proposals or a commitment to award a contract.
