Description
Broward County seeks a turnkey, cloud-based Risk Management Information System to replace its current platform and support workers’ compensation, general liability, auto liability, property, subrogation, safety, and related claims administration. The solution must provide configurable workflows, role-based access, audit trails, document management, reporting, mobile and web access, notifications, secure integrations, and support for Florida workers’ compensation EDI and Medicare/Medicaid reporting. The County expects complete migration of approximately 25 years of historical data, including roughly 400,000 claim records and associated financial, document, contact, payment, and reporting data. The scope includes implementation, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, go-live support, ongoing maintenance, technical support, security services, and system upgrades. Optional services include safety and occupational health management, contractual insurance compliance software, countywide property data management, loss fund management, and public safety functionality. The draft solicitation identifies a five-year initial term with five one-year renewals and requires electronic submission through the County’s procurement system.
