Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting a Request for Information regarding a potential indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with tiered pricing for residential reentry center services, home confinement services, and day reporting center services. The anticipated requirement includes up to 30 in-house beds, 26 home confinement placements, and 30 day reporting center placements, with male and female placements; the ability to accept sex offenders in-house is required. Residential reentry and home confinement providers must propose both corresponding line items, while day reporting services may be proposed separately. Responders are asked to describe relevant experience and monitoring capabilities, identify zoning, transportation, environmental, legal, regulatory, community, and site-availability considerations, and address the feasibility of helping participants obtain employment. The response should also include organizational information, points of contact, tax identification and UEI numbers, socioeconomic category, NAICS codes, and applicable federal supply schedule information. This is an information-gathering notice, not a request for proposals or an offer for award.
