Description
Broward County seeks an authorized Trend Micro Skilled, Expert, or Elite tier partner to provide Trend Micro TippingPoint intrusion-prevention software license subscriptions, annual renewals, and ongoing support and maintenance. No substitutions are permitted. The County uses TippingPoint 5600TX appliances with virtual Security Management System management, high-capacity network inspection, Digital Vaccine updates, encrypted-traffic inspection, Zero Day Initiative intelligence, centralized policy management, forensic reporting, and SIEM integration. The contract is open-end and indefinite-quantity, with no guaranteed minimum quantity. Electronic licenses or maintenance must generally be delivered within five business days after receipt of a purchase order, while physical deliveries, if any, must be completed within 21 calendar days. The contractor must provide account and pre-sales representatives, interface directly with Trend Micro for subscription registration and support-plan management, and provide a fixed minimum discount off manufacturer MSRP for additional licensing or related items. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on total bid price.
