Description
Palm Beach County is soliciting one certified professional engineering firm to provide street lighting system design and related construction engineering and inspection services on a consultant service authorization basis. Services may be assigned by county departments throughout Palm Beach County, with individual schedules and scopes established as needs arise. The contract is planned for 36 months, with no specific funding amount or minimum number of authorizations guaranteed. Proposers must submit a letter of interest, SF-330 materials for highway lighting expertise, prime and applicable subconsultant qualification questionnaires, applicable SBE certifications, OSBD Schedules 1 and 2, commercial nondiscrimination certifications, and conflict-of-interest disclosures. The solicitation also identifies a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and requires compliance with applicable county, FDOT, ADA, and professional engineering standards.
