Description
The project requires a prime contractor to furnish and install structural steel framing, architecturally exposed structural steel, steel floor and roof decking, metal fabrications, stairs, railings, ladders, bar grating, canopies, dugout steel, gates, rooftop access components, connection hardware, embedded items, templates, shop and erection drawings, field welding, and all labor and equipment required for erection. The scope also includes delivery, offloading, inventory, protection, layouts, as-built documentation, and coordination through the Owner's project-management system. This is a lump-sum public-works bid with an estimated value of $3,517,725.07 and an anticipated 490-calendar-day project duration. A California C-51 contractor's license is required. The prime contractor must be prequalified where applicable and must submit the Owner-provided prequalification questionnaire and financial statement within the stated deadline; the contractor must also satisfy bid-security, payment-bond, performance-bond, prevailing-wage, DIR registration, DVBE participation, insurance, and other bid-document requirements.
