Description
Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation is seeking a contractor to provide carbonated and non-carbonated non-alcoholic beverages, including bottled water, enhanced and isotonic beverages, juices, soft drinks, lemonade, fruit punch, iced tea, iced coffee, fountain beverage syrups, and related paper products such as cups and lids. Frozen carbonated and non-carbonated beverages and unflavored milk are excluded. The contractor must provide and maintain dispensing equipment, refrigerators, vending equipment, cooler carts, and storage equipment at Calypso Bay Waterpark, Coconut Cove Waterpark, and Lake Lytal Pool. The scope includes delivery at least weekly as requested, equipment installation and repair, response to equipment issues within 24 hours, marketing, sponsorship and advertising assistance, and at least $1,000 in annual marketing funds. The contract term is 60 months, with an anticipated start date of November 19, 2026, and an end date of November 18, 2031.
