Description
Summit Hill CDC is soliciting bids for the Walnut Woods Concrete & Site Work Project (#SH-2026-17). The scope includes removal and installation of concrete, grading, lawn repairs, fencing, miscellaneous equipment and shelters, an ADA-compliant sidewalk, and a picnic table at the Walnut Woods apartment complex. The estimated start is late October 2026, and all work must be completed within 45 days. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon Act requirements, the City of Bloomington Living Wage Ordinance, Section 3 requirements, applicable federal, state, and local regulations, drug-free workplace certification requirements, SAM.gov registration, and submission of an E-Verify Affidavit. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. The successful bidder must furnish an Assurance of Completion and certificate of insurance as specified in the project documents.
