Description
DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for sanitary sewer return line cleaning, manhole cleaning, debris removal and disposal, flow control, traffic control, site restoration, reporting, and related wastewater collection system maintenance throughout the County's wastewater collection system. The work includes cleaning and maintaining sanitary sewer lines and manholes, removing and disposing of debris, and providing the labor, equipment, materials, and related services necessary for safe and reliable wastewater infrastructure operations. The solicitation is for a three-year multiyear contract. Contractors must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and comply with the County's LSBE participation requirements. The complete attached package consists of LSBE information, the annual return line cleaning exhibit, and the First Source Jobs Ordinance materials.
