Description
Fulton County seeks an as-needed contractor to provide emergency sewage cleanup services at residential and commercial properties throughout the county. The contractor must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, arrive within three hours of a service request unless otherwise directed, and furnish all supervision, permits, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and disposal services. The scope includes extracting contaminated liquids; removing and disposing of contaminated contents, building materials, fixtures, and debris; cleaning, washing, disinfecting, drying, monitoring, and restoring affected areas; installing containment and air-management equipment when necessary; documenting removed materials with inventories and photographs; and providing disposal records when requested. Work must comply with applicable laws and ANSI/IICRC S500 and S520 standards. Pricing is based on unit rates for finished areas, unfinished areas, crawl spaces, and disposal of contaminated materials, with separate normal-hours and after-hours categories.
