Description
Fulton County is soliciting bids for countywide carpet, carpet tile, and luxury vinyl tile flooring services. The work includes removing and disposing of existing carpet, carpet tile, and VCT; preparing floors; installing new carpet tiles, broadloom carpet, rubber cove base, and LVT; reinstalling furniture; repairing seams and joints; cleaning work areas; and providing related accessories and materials. The solicitation includes specified carpet and LVT performance requirements, approved-equivalent product provisions, sample submittals before installation, extra-stock delivery, recycling requirements, warranties, experienced installation supervision, and compliance with applicable fire-performance and indoor-air-quality standards. Bidders must submit pricing for specified unit-price and lump-sum line items and provide the required purchasing, compliance, insurance, licensing, subcontractor, and reference forms.
